When you unlock the quest Bergrit’s Claws it will require you to find 3 large bear claws. So you need to find 3 large bears.
I found the 3 large bears just outside the Forest Camp encircled in the pic below.
This is also the area where normal bears spawn. Just search around the area and you’ll find a bigger white bear.
These bears are around level 8 and will be tough to fight since they have a lot of HP, and occasionally some other mobs will join in the battle. In my case, I had to fight two large bears at once.
When killed they’ll each drop 1 claw as loot. So killing 3 will make you finish the quest. You’ll also get to keep the 3 Great Bear Claws, which is a masterwork material that gives you a 30% chance to grant 10% boost to your stats during crafting.
